Most of this work takes place in facilities that cannot go offline. We prepare method statements, work under the client’s permits and agree every planned shutdown and isolation in advance, so the critical load is never put at risk.
Work can be phased or carried out out of hours, and we always confirm standby capacity is in place before plant is isolated, in line with the site’s N+1 design.

Every installation is tested and commissioned before handover, with test records, O&M information and as-fitted details provided so the site team can operate the plant with confidence.
After handover we can take on planned and reactive maintenance, including F-Gas leak checks, filter changes and servicing of cooling and ventilation plant.
